Wise Property Tax is a free toolkit. We don't currently run a paid affiliate, white-label, or referral program. If you'd like to point homeowners to Wise, you can simply share the link.
A few honest options if you work with homeowners and want to help them appeal an unfair assessment:
Send your clients to wisepropertytax.com. There's no fee, no account required to start, and no kickback to you. We'd rather be honest about that than dress it up.
Our methodology page explains exactly how we pull comparable sales and build the appeal packet — useful background if a client asks why a particular comp is or isn't included.
If there's a feature your clients keep asking for, or a county where the data is wrong, email us. That feedback shapes what we build next.
If you have a partnership idea anyway, we're open to hearing it. We just don't want to pretend a program exists when it doesn't.
