Plain-English terms for our text-message notifications.

Program description

By opting in to Wise Property Tax SMS notifications, you authorize Wise Property Tax LLC to send you transactional and (if separately enabled) promotional text messages relating to your account, your appeal status, deadline reminders, mortgage rate alerts, title-watch findings, and other Wise Property Tax services.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS box during signup, by texting JOIN to 844-555, or by enabling SMS in your account preferences.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any Wise Property Tax message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe, text START or re-enable in account settings.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the events we detect. Typical homeowners receive 2–6 transactional messages per month. Promotional messages (if enabled) are capped at 4 per month.

Cost

Wise Property Tax does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Wise Property Tax is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Supported carriers

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile (including Sprint), Boost, Cricket, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number is treated according to our Privacy Policy. We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
