Why we are giving you this notice
Federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.) requires financial institutions to explain how they collect, use, and protect their customers' personal financial information. Although Wise Property Tax is not a bank, several of our services (mortgage rate-watch, refi referrals) cause us to be classified as a "financial institution" under the Act. This notice describes our practices.
